- Not Trauma center
- Lo- Mid acuity level
- 5% transfers, 15% admit rate
- Tennessee has IMLC
- Start ASAP - on going needs
- Days & Nights shifts needed
- 12hr Shifts are 6a-6p (1 physician on), 9a-9p (1 physician on), 6p-6a (1 physician on)
- Also have APP coverage in place 2p-2a everyday
- 225 bed hospital w/16 ED beds, 14 ICU beds
- Open ICU with Intensivist onsite
- EMR: Cerner
- BC / BE required
- Active Tennessee license or IMLC
