Locums – Worcester, Massachusetts, OB/GYN Opening

  • Full Time - Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
  • Facility will accept multiple providers
  • Must be able to work covering L & D in house for a busy OB Practice
  • 950 deliveries per year
  • Must be willing to work in the office, very little call needed
  • Monday – Friday in the outpatient clinic seeing follow ups, return OB, gyn and doing triage and seeing same day sick
  • Patients who are considered high risk are transferred prior to 32 weeks to the high risk clinic
  • There is 24/7 Anesthesia Coverage. There are designated CRNAs for the L&D. They administer most of the epidurals and spinals for c-sections.
  • There is 24hr. in house MD coverage as well
  • There will be an MA for the doctor and all other MAs are cross trained for coverage and support. The office has 4 RNs to help with educations, post partum visits, BP checks, some injections and triage. They also handle clinical administrative tasks like FMLA and PAs. There are 6 front desk staff and 1 surgical scheduler. A supervisor and manager are always on site
  • Candidate must have recent OB experience
  • Nursery Level 2B
  • Board Certified Required
  • Active MA License
  • ACLS, BLS Required
  • EMR: Cerner
