- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant
- One year clinical experience as NP/PA in Hem/Onc – Required
- Experience with management of VAD/CV Catheters, FNA/Biopsy, Chemotherapy - Intrathecal, Chemotherapy - Intracavitary - Intrapleural/Peritoneal - REQUIRED
- Duties include:
- Participation on a Tumor Board
- Blood Bank
- Order Tests
- Order Images
- Prescribes
- BLS and ACLS Required
- Permanent employment opportunity
- Schedule:
- Full time negotiable schedule options available
- On Call Requirements: 10 days/month
- Work with one full-time experienced neurologist and one part-time experienced neurologist.
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- See 50% adult and 50% geriatric patients
- Average Number of Patients Per Day (OUTPATIENT): 15-20
- Average Number of Patients Per Day (HOSPITAL): 3-5
- Case types:
- 25% Hematology
- 75% Oncology
- 186 beds
- EMR: EPIC
