- Start Date: 4/29/24
- Contract Length: 3 months
- Shift Details: 4 shifts, Monday-Thursday, 8-4 or 9-5
- Bread and butter outpatient care
- We need a perm hire, so we are looking for someone to do locums to perm
- Rural health setting
- Will be seeing Medicare, insurance, and private insurance patients
- There will be 2 APPs on site
- EMR: Epic
- Board Certification: BC or BE. If Board eligible they will need to obtain certification within 5 years of residency
- State license required: Client will license. California
- DEA: Required
- Prefers experience (3+ years) but will look at new grads
