- Coverage Dates:
- April 4th – April 15th
- May 7th – 10th
- June 3rd – 7th
- July 22nd – 26th
- Shift times/call: 7:30a – 4:30pm - no on call
- Practice setting: Imaging – Mammography/Breast Ultrasound
- Average # of readers per physician, per day: 1 reader/day - Mammography/Breast Ultrasound
- Number of exam rooms: 3 rooms
- Support staff: Mammography Techs/ Clerical staff
- Equipment onsite
- Required Duties & Procedures: Read Diagnostic/Screening mammography. Read Breast Ultrasounds. Perform Mammography & Ultrasound Localization procedures/stereotactic biopsies
- Will not accept remote readers for this, provider must be onsite
- Board Certified- Required
- MA license- Required
- Local Providers; Preferred
