  • Clinical Role:

    • Start Date: As soon as credentialed
    • Contract Length: 3 months, possibility to extend
    • Shift Details: 8a-5p, 40hrs/week. 8 hour workday with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
    • Schedule: Monday-Friday
    • Support Staff: Dedicated medical assistant for each provider, receptionist, mental health therapists, dietitians, most clinics have an onsite pediatrician and local health care administrator they will submit timecards to.
    • Patients per day: Will be scheduled to see up to 21 patients. May be less depending on cancellations, etc., but should be comfortable with higher volume and fast paced.
    • Patient Population/Age: Newborns-Geriatrics. Providers should be comfortable working with all ages.
    • Department Description: Community Health Center. Providers must have experience in these settings or express interest in working with vulnerable populations. They service migrants and refugees and have interpretative services available on site.
    • The provider is not required to be bilingual but would be a plus.
    • EMR: EPIC
    • Special Procedures: Basic bread and butter procedures. Injections, IUD placement, minor wound care.
    • Skills Required: Expected to hit ground running. Will be a 1 week ramp up with onsite orientation but will be expected to begin patient care by day 3.
    • Practice Setting: Outpatient ambulatory setting- Community Health Center
    • Board Certification: BC or BE
    • License Required: Active WA license required. Will not consider non-licensed candidates
    • Active WA DEA required
