Clinical Role:
- Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible CRNA
- ACLS, PALS, AND BLS- Required
- Covid vaccine - Required
- Permanent position opportunity
- Practice setting: Hospital
- Trauma Level/Designation:
  - Level II
- 15 Main ORs, 4 ASC
- Blocks are not required
- Patient Demographics: Minimal pediatrics, mostly at ASC -- Adult, Geriatric, and 16+
- Case types: Vascular, Orthopedics, spine, General Surgery, Urology, Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Cardiac
- Responsibilities include: coverage in the hospital operating rooms, endoscopy unit, cardiac lab, and ambulatory surgery center
- MDs supervise 1:4 ratio; and 1:2 for Cardiac so the MD is not always in the room
- EMR: Epic
- Scrub techs, RN circulators, Anesthesia techs on site
- Schedule:
  - 8- 10- or 12-hour shifts options
  - 1 CRNA in-house for evenings, nights, and weekends

Organization:
- $260,000.00 annually for 0-2 years’ experience; $275,000.00 annually for 2+ years’ experience
- $100,000 sign-on bonus
- 1.5x premium pay for excess hours and weekend hours
- Shift differential for evenings and nights
- Cardiac CRNA stipend available
- Retention stipend for the first 2 years
