Nebraska Family Practice Job – 30 Miles from Lincoln

  • Permanent job opening
  • Work Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
  • See all ages
  • Two local outpatient clients to choose from – you can work at one or split time at both
  • One clinic is attached to the hospital; the other is 15 miles away
  • See 15-20 patients per day
  • Work with two other physicians, two full-time APPs, and one part-time APP
  • Call of 1:3 or 1:4 – backup coverage for the hospital
  • Hospital has an APP hospitalist program
  • Three full-time APPs and one PRN app work as hospitalists
  • You’d respond to codes and provide back up for the ED
  • Must be able to suture minor lacerations and perform I&D, when needed
  • ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS are required by the time you start
  • EMR: Cerner
  • New grads welcome, as well
