- Coverage needed for one location:
- 5/5 – 5/9/2025
- Consults are worked on patient availability, but average 9/week
- Coverage needed for second location:
- 4/28 – 5/2/2025
- 5/27 – 5/30/2025
- Consults are 3/day on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
- Each location averages about 15 – 20 patients a day
- No Call
- EMR: Epic
- Active TX License – Required or IMLC
