May 15 (7a) - 16 (7a)

Ongoing dates will be determined as schedules are made with the internal team
24 hour call (7a-7a)
Setting: Call No Trauma/Not Rated
FTE: 1
Required Procedures/Job Duties: General OB/GYN
EMR: Epic
Support Staff: RN
Reason for Coverage: Current locum unable to fill these dates
EMR Required Training:
Module (learn lessons) – Must be completed prior to virtual EMR training to attend the training
EMR Virtual training - Only able to attend if Modules are completed before training. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day, to avoid the provider missing their first day
Active CO License – Required or IMLC
BLS, DEA – Required
