Minimum Number of shifts per month: Prefer full-time coverage
Current Available Shifts: 4-10's, 3-12's
Number of Opening: 3
Type of Cases: Cardiac, Orthopedics, General, Neurosurgery, Vascular, Endo, GYN, Robotics, and Trauma. No Peds and No OB
CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including regional blocks, spinals and central and arterial line placement
ACT: 19 Physicians and 28 APPs covering two hospitals
% of supervising vs. own cases: 90% Supervision, 1:4
Annual Case Volume: 12K annually between the two sites Cardiac Volume: 700 hearts per year
Teaching Facility: Yes
Required Procedures: General to Trauma/will consider non-trauma CRNAs for general cases
Trauma level I
Number of Beds: 430 beds between 2 Facilities
Care Team Model: # of CRNA - 28 / # of MD – 19
EMR: iProcedures
Weekday call preferred but not required
Weekend call preferred but not required
Board Certified – Required
Active FL License – Required
ACLS, BLS – Required
