Focus on joint replacement - 90% of cases are total hip and knee procedures
High-volume practice - average of 22 cases per day, specializing in total joints, partial joints, and joint repairs
Dedicated team - on-site anesthesia techs provide seamless support
No pain management - focus solely on perioperative anesthesia
Modern technology - utilize Echart EMR
Work-life balance - physician days average 11 hours, with flexibility
