- Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
- Schedule: Full-time (1.0 FTE) | Monday–Friday | 0730–1700
- Call: Participate in shared hospital call rotation
- Coverage: Inpatient and clinic (Hospital in Des Moines, Clinic in Clive)
- Clinic Volume: 30+ patients/day | 15-minute appointments
- Patient Contact Hours: 36/week
- Support: 1:1 Nurse-to-Physician Ratio + Ancillary Staff
- Facilities: On-site lab, pharmacy, and imaging services available in building
- Procedures: Full range of ENT services
- OR Access: Flexible scheduling based on availability
- Exam Rooms: 2–3 per provider
- Teaching: Yes – academic involvement available
- EMR: EPIC
- Board Certified in Otolaryngology – Required
- Active Iowa License or IMLC – Required
- Full-Time Availability – Required
- Prior Experience – Required
- Serving Central Iowa, including Boone County, Indianola, and Pleasant Hill.
