Nocturnist Hospitalist position

Residency Trained in Internal Medicine OR Internal Medicine/Pediatrics required
Program is very well-established hybrid Adult / Ped Hospitalist program. IM physicians only see adult patients. IM/PEDS can see both adult and peds patients.
Join very established Hospitalist program established 20 years with 15+ hospitalists
8pm - 8am / 144 shifts per year
6 - 7 admits per night is average
You are always working with other providers at night either an IM doc (admits) and APP (who handles cross coverage) or with 2 APPs (1 for admits, 1 for cross coverage)
Group remotely covers very small area partner hospital but not much volume at all (maybe 1 admit/per night)
EMR: CERNER
outstanding compensation ranges from 319k - 369k base + production and other bonuses: Loan repayment available, residency stipend, retention bonus, sign on, relocation and full benefits + malpractice w/ tail coverage
