Locum CRNA Opportunity – St. Albans, VT

Clinical Role

• Licensing: Must have active VT license to begin application

• Compact licenses are considered, but VT license must be active to start onboarding

• Credentialing Timeframe: 60–90 days

• Temps Available: With clean background and malpractice history

• Certifications Required:

• Mandatory: ACLS (AHA only), BLS, PALS, NRP

• Licensure Requirement: DEA required

• Schedule:

• Standard: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Late Room: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Call: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Call Frequency: ~1x/week

• Response Time: 30 minutes

• Supervision Model: 60% supervision (MD involvement)

• Case Types:

• Orthopedics, general surgery, endoscopy, OB/GYN (380 deliveries/year), pediatrics

• Urology, ENT, ophthalmology, plastic surgery

• Includes C-sections and VBACs

• Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs Required: Yes – documentation required for all 3 skills

• Facility Info:

• 5 providers per day

• 5 ORs

• EMR: Medaxion

• Level 3 Trauma Center
