Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)
Geriatric/Medicare Advantage Patient Base
Average Daily Census: 12-15
Time with Patients: Typically 20-40 Minutes
Full Staff: Physicians, NPs or Pas, Medical Assistants & Care Coaches
Bilingual: English/Spanish Preferred But Not Required
The Focus Is on Patient Care not RVU’s or High Patient Volume
