Setting: Inpatient Only (OR + Hospital Rounding)

Credentialing Time: ~30 days
- Schedule: 24-hour coverage (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
- Daily Onsite Hours: ~6:00 AM to 3:00 PM, then on-call overnight
- Workload:
- First call responsibility
- Inpatient only (no clinic)
- OR + ICU + general floor rounding
- Support: 24/7 physician call backup
Assignment Details
- Number of Providers Needed: 1–2
- Shift Structure:
- 8-hour inpatient shift on site
- Remainder of 24-hour period is on-call (typically quiet overnight)
Clinical Requirements
- Procedures:
- Vein harvesting – Required (must be documented at name clear)
- Experience Preferred In:
- Cardiothoracic Surgery
- ICU-level care
- Clinic Work: None (strictly inpatient and surgical assist)
Licensing & Certification
- License: Active Michigan license required at name clear – No IMLC accepted
- Board Certification: Required
- Background: Must be clean – no exceptions
- Local Candidates: Strongly preferred (limited travel)
