Locum Family Medicine Physician – Ilwaco, Washington Assignment Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Setting: Outpatient clinic only
• Patient Population: All ages
• Patient Volume: ~16 patients per day

Clinical Scope

• Common outpatient conditions including cold, cough, flu, chronic disease management, preventive care, etc.
• No inpatient or call responsibilities

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Washington State License – Required
• Certifications:
  • DEA
  • CSR
  • ACLS
  • BLS
  • PALS
• Local Providers Only (no travel/lodging provided)
• EMR: Epic
