• Coverage Dates: July 2025 – January 2026
• Practice Setting: Outpatient Clinic
• Affiliation: Bon Secours Hampton Roads Medical Group
• Reason for Need: Provider leaving the practice
• Call Schedule: 1 week every 6 weeks (Monday–Monday, for Southampton Practices only)
• Call Ratio: 1:6
• EMR: EPIC
• Trauma Level: N/A
• On-site Services: Blood draw, AED available

Patient Volume & Support:

• Patients/Day: 20–25
• Exam Rooms: 2
• OB Patients: 0
• Population: Adults, geriatrics, teens (16+)
• Physicians in Office: None
• Mid-Levels: 1 mid-level in office
• Supervision Required: No
• Backup for ED or In-House Codes: No

Licensing & Certification Requirements:

• Board Certification in Family Medicine: Required
• Virginia License: Required (or must be willing to obtain)
• BLS Certification: Required
• Must Be Local: Yes – local candidates only

Procedures Required:

• General Family Practice
• Adult Outpatient (no ICU/CCU responsibilities)
• General Outpatient Pediatrics
