Locums – Primary Care Physician
Location: Cheshire, Connecticut
Start Date: August 1, 2025
Duration: 1-year commitment (8/1/2025 – 8/1/2026) Position Details:

• Role: Primary Care Physician (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine)
• Schedule:
  • 40 hours/week
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 30-minute lunch break
• Patient Load: Approx. 20 patients per day
• Call: None (No call required)
• EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in primary care

Licenses & Certifications:

• Active medical license valid in Connecticut
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine required
• DEA license required
