CRNA Locum Opportunity – Lebanon, Missouri

Ready for your next CRNA locum assignment? We're looking for a dedicated CRNA to support multiple locations in Missouri, with an emphasis on full-time availability. If you or someone you know fits the bill, ask us about our generous referral program!

Assignment Details:

• Start Date: October 10, 2025

• End Date: December 31, 2025 (likely to extend)

• Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday, 7AM–3PM

• Call Requirements: One weekday per week and one weekend per month

  • Weekday Call: 3PM–7AM

  • Weekend Call: Friday 3PM – Monday 7AM

Location Coverage:

• Primary sites: Lebanon, Rolla, and Mountain View

• Lebanon: Inpatient hospital with 24/7 surgery and OB

• Rolla: Outpatient surgery center (no call required)

Case Types and Procedures:

• General anesthesia, MAC

• Epidurals, regional nerve blocks, central lines (preferred but not required)

• No neuro or cardiac cases

• EMR: Epic

• COVID-19 vaccination required

Facility Highlights:

• Lebanon OR Schedule:

  • Monday: General surgery and endoscopy

  • Tuesday: OB and general surgery

  • Wednesday: Double endoscopy rooms

  • Thursday: Cataracts and endoscopy

  • Friday: General surgery + add-ons

• Rolla OR Schedule:

  • General surgeon (Mon/Wed/Fri)

  • Podiatrist (Fridays)

  • ENT (2nd & 4th Thursdays)

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible

• BLS certification

• Comfortable with both assigned and unassigned cases

• In-house call only

• Must be flexible with occasional travel between sites during the day
