- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Call: None specified (assume clinic only unless updated)
- Setting: Clinic-based coverage
- Reason for Need: FMLA coverage (sole OB/GYN on maternity leave)
- Illinois License: Highly preferred
- IMLC LOQ accepted (must be in-hand)
- Board Certification / Eligibility: Required (OB/GYN)
- Certifications: BLS (Required)
Clinical Details
- Patient Volume: 15–18 patients/day
- Patient Population: Adult only
- Support Staff:
- 2 APRNs
- 2 RNs
- 2–3 CMAs
- Visiting midwifery services
- Required Procedures:
- EMB
- Colposcopy
- IUD/Nexplanon insertion
- EMR: Epic
- Hospital Beds: 489
- Trauma Level: I
