Locums NP/PA – Trauma Surgery
Location: Flagstaff, Arizona
Facility: Hospital – Level I Trauma Center (269 beds)
Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
Availability & Schedule

• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Shift Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Confirmed Dates:
  • August 1, 2, 3
  • August 10–16
  • August 18, 19
  • August 30, 31
• Coverage Type: Scheduled shifts + On-call required
• Potential for additional shifts

Clinical Details

• Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per shift (Adult population only)
• Department: Trauma Surgery
• Team Structure: Dual-boarded critical care trauma surgeons
• Patient Type: Surgical trauma ICU and general trauma patients
• EMR System: Cerner

Licensing & Credentialing Requirements

• License: Active Arizona NP or PA license required
• Board Certification: Required
• Certifications:
  • ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) – Required
  • DEA – Required
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Acute Care/Trauma Surgery as an APP

Pay Rate

• Competitive locum tenens compensation
