Location: Lady Lake, Florida
Type: PRN / Vacation Coverage
License: Active FL license required Scheduling & Availability

• Current Coverage Need: August 11–15, 2025
• Future Needs: Ongoing PRN in 2026 (vacation/leave coverage)
• Shift Days: Monday–Thursday
• Shift Times: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Shifts/Month: 0 to 4 (flexible PRN)
• Call/Weekends: None

Clinical Setting

• Care Team Model:
  • 3–4 CRNAs
  • 1 MD
• EMR: iProcedures
• Average Case Volume: ~300/month

Case Types

• Primary Cases: Ortho, Eyes, Urology
• Other: Hand, ENT
• No Pediatrics

Credentialing Requirements

• License: Active Florida Medical License – Required
• Board Status: Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible – Required
