The provider is not required to stay in house but need to be able to access the hospital within 30 minutes

Schedule:
24-hour Call Shifts: 8 AM – 8 AM
Call-Only (No in-house clinic or OR shifts)

Call Type: Beeper
Call Response Time: 30 minutes

Patients Per Shift: Approx. 5
Facility Beds: 10
Average number of deliveries per month at the facility is approximately 45 - Provider would not be expected to manage or oversee midwives

REQUIREMENTS
Board Certification: OB/GYN – Required
Fellowship: Required
KY License: Active or IMLC – Required
Certifications:
ACLS – Required

EMR: Medhost
