Part-Time Dentist Job – Norwich, Connecticut

Position Overview:

• Part-time: 20 hours/week

• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

• Patient Population: Adults only

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive dental exams and develop treatment plans

• Perform general dentistry: restorations, endodontics, oral surgery, prosthetics, space maintenance

• Educate patients on oral health and prevention

• Participate in multidisciplinary assessments, including foster care dental evaluations

• Perform 1-year-old dental exams during pediatric physicals

• Train and support dental staff

Requirements:

• DDS or DMD degree

• Current CT dental license (in good standing)

• BLS/ACLS (or willing to obtain)

• 2+ years of experience preferred, but not required

• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills
