Interview: Site Directors will personally connect with potential providers and answer all questions

Openings: Coverage equivalent of 2 FTEs

Schedule: Must be flexible for days, nights, and weekends

Shifts:

Main hospital: Flexible (less than 12 hours may be possible)

Affiliated FSEDs: 12-hour shifts required
Commitment: Minimum of 6–8 shifts per month
Locations: Main hospital + affiliated FSEDs

Annual ED volume: ~20,000
-
Current daily volume: ~60 patients (low 50s in summer, up to 70/day Jan–March)

Physician coverage: 24 hours/day (12-hour shifts)

APP coverage: Daily during peak times (varies seasonally)

ED provider shifts: 7a–7p, 7p–7a
-
AHCA Primary Stroke Center Designation
-
Support: Phlebotomy available during surges or alerts; MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray on site

EMR: Meditech P-Doc with M-Modal dictation
Requirements
-
EM residency trained (required)
-
Board Certified ABEM or AOBEM (required)

Willing to work across both hospital and affiliated FSEDs
