Setting: 24-hour pager call coverage
EMR: Epic Coverage Dates

• Full-time coverage needed 
• Client is open to a variety of availability
• Cover at least 14 shifts per month

• Schedule Type: Pager call
• Volume: Very low with rare call-backs
• No supervision of other providers

Requirements

• Board Certified – Required
• Active Oregon License – Required
• DEA & CSR – Required
• BLS – Required
• Local Candidates – Highly Preferred
