Clinical Role

• Coverage Dates: ASAP – June 30, 2026

• Call Coverage: None

• Facility: Hospital-based, Stroke Certified

• Patient Population: Tertiary care, including oncologic imaging

• Procedures: No procedures required; fluoro, ultrasound, CT, and MRI interpretation

• Department Overview: The Department of Radiology is seeking an Abdominal Imaging Radiologist to join the team. Duties include performance and/or interpretation of fluoroscopic studies, ultrasound, CT, and MRI. Radiology assistants and PAs provide support in performing some fluoroscopic exams. Candidate should be comfortable with tertiary-level care and oncologic imaging. Fluoroscopic exams include barium swallows, modified barium swallows, upper GI studies, VCUG, etc.

Practice Setting

• Hospital-based radiology team

• Collaboration with radiology assistants and PAs

Requirements

• Board Certification: Radiology — Required

• Fellowship: Abdominal Imaging — Required

• License: Active PA license — Required

• Certifications: BLS — Required

• Trauma Level: I

• EMR: Cerner
