Family Medicine Physician – Freeland, Michigan
Setting: Outpatient Primary Care | Position Type: Full-Time, Employed Position Highlights

• Take over an existing patient panel – replacing a retiring physician
• Join an experienced, supportive Family Medicine team
• Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Call: 1:5 rotation, supported by a nurse triage line
• Flexible scheduling models available

Clinical Scope

• Full-spectrum Family Medicine:
  Care from birth through adulthood, including prevention, acute and chronic disease management
• Integrated access to services:
  Cardiology, Rheumatology, Radiology, Rehabilitation, Urgent Care & Occupational Health

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO (U.S. or foreign equivalent)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
• Eligible for Michigan license and Controlled Substance License
