Locums – Hematology/Oncology - Hazard, Kentucky (Willing to License)

Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months preferred

Schedule & Shift Details:

• 3 days per week (minimum preferred)

• 8:00am – 5:00pm

• No call

Position Overview:
This hematology/oncology locums assignment provides outpatient clinic coverage with low daily volume and support from advanced practice providers. The locum will function as a solo provider while collaborating with three physicians who are also based at this Hazard location.

Responsibilities / Workload:

• Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic/private practice

• Department Focus: 60% Hematology / 40% Oncology

• Patient volume: ~15 patients per day (low volume)

Support & Facility Details:

• Support staff: APP support + 3 hematology/oncology physicians on-site

• EMR: Meditech

Requirements:

• Board Certified – Required

• Credentialing timeline: ~60 days

• Willing to license providers
