- Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
- Experience: Experienced providers preferred
- Board Certification: Pediatrics – Required
- State License: Active Arizona license – Required or IMLC
- Certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP – Required
- Trauma Level: III, I
- Clinic Hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 08:00–12:00, 13:00–17:00
- Friday: 08:00–12:00
- Call: ~10 days per month (primarily newborn care)
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time: 30 minutes
- Coverage Options:
- Clinic Only
- Clinic + Call
- Call Only (weekends)
Clinical & Facility Details
- Patients: Assigned/Unassigned rounding
- Admissions: Required
- Beds in Facility: 8
- EMR: Athena (Clinic), Medhost (Hospital)
- Clinic Resources:
- CLIA Waived testing in-office
- Front office staff, dedicated MA, office manager
- Higher-level lab & X-ray at hospital
- Full-time local in-office pediatrician
