Schedule & Shift Details
• 12- or 24-hour shifts
• 10–12 shifts per month
• Practice Setting: Hospital (Critical Access)

Clinical Details
• Annual volume: 5,500
• Patient population: All ages
• 25-bed hospital; 5-bed ED
• Support staff: RN + other specialty physicians
• EMR: CPSI

Requirements
• Board Certified – ABEM or ABFM/IM with extensive EM experience
• Active WV license – Required
• DEA – Required
• BLS, ACLS – Required
• Minimum 2 years experience
• IMLC Welcome
• Credentialing: 45–60 days
