• Assignment Dates: May 28, 2026 – August 14, 2026
• Monday through Friday (8am - 4:30pm)
• Call: None
• Patient Volume: ~15 patients per shift
• Admissions: Required
• Facility Capacity: 1 radiation machine
• Coverage Type: Temporary locums coverage

CLINICAL ENVIRONMENT

• EMR: Athena
• Practice Setting: Radiation Oncology

LICENSING & CERTIFICATIONS (REQUIRED)

• Board Certified or Board Eligible – REQUIRED
• Radiation Oncology Fellowship – REQUIRED
• Active Kentucky Medical License – REQUIRED
• ACLS – REQUIRED

ROLE SUMMARY

• Provide radiation oncology care during provider leave
• Manage patient treatments and admissions
• Coordinate care using Athena EMR
• Maintain continuity of care for established patient base
