Length of Need: Ongoing
Start Date: April or May (earlier preferred) Critical Availability Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Must be able to start by April or May
• Must work every week of the month
• Minimum commitment: 4+ weeks/month
• No PRN coverage
• Candidate must NOT reside in the state of Florida

Schedule & Call

• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Structure: Five (5) 10-hour shifts weekly
• Weekend Coverage: Yes – Beeper call
• On-Call: Yes – Beeper call

Case Mix & Volume

• Case Types:
  • General Surgery
  • Orthopedics
  • GI
  • Robotics
  • OB
  • Radiology
  • Endoscopy
  • Eyes
  • Plastics
  • ENT
  • Neuro
  • No trauma
  • Dedicated cardiac team (no hearts required)
• Majority of Cases: General Surgery, Ortho, GI, Robotics
• Average Monthly Cases: 1,150–1,200
• OB Deliveries: ~200/month

Care Team Model

• Supervision Ratio: 80% supervised / 20% own cases
• Staffing:
  • CRNAs: 26
  • MDs: 12

Licensure & Certification (Required)

• Active Florida medical license
• Board Certified – REQUIRED
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
