Practice Setting: Hospital / OR coverage
Position Type: Locum Schedule

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Call: None (no weeknight or weekend call)
• Supervision: Independent CRNA practice

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Maine medical license required (applications cannot start without this)
• ACLS and BLS required
• Must be able to work independently

Case Types & Procedural Requirements

• Case Mix: Endoscopy (ENDO), GYN, General Surgery, Urology
• Required Skills: Proficient in spinals, epidurals, and nerve blocks
• Additional Blocks at Site: Rectus sheath, QL, Femoral Adductor Canal, TAP, Interscalene
• Caselogs: Proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks required

Staffing & Technology

• Providers During Day: 1 CRNA
• EMR: Cerner
