• Start Date: April 27, 2026

• Coverage Start: As soon as credentialed

• Contract Length: 3 months, ongoing

• Initial Duration: 13 weeks

• Credentialing Timeframe: Up to 90 days

Schedule & Shift Details

• Day Shift: 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

• Call Shift Option: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 a.m.

• Schedule details to be discussed based on availability

Case Mix

CRNAs will provide anesthesia services for:

• General Surgery

• ENT

• Urology

• Orthopedics

Technology

• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certification – Required

• Active Oklahoma CRNA license – Required

• Experience: Preferred, but willing to train
