Locums - Minneapolis, Minnesota - CRNA (Willing to License)

Clinical Role:
A tertiary hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota is seeking full-time CRNA locums coverage beginning August 17, 2026. This is an ongoing opportunity with a strong, team-based anesthesia model and flexible shift options. Providers willing to obtain a Minnesota license are encouraged to apply.

Start Date: August 17, 2026
Contract Length: Ongoing (initial 4-month contract)

Coverage Requirements:

  • Full-time coverage preferred

  • 40 hours per week x 4 weeks per month

  • Minimum 36 hours per week may be considered

  • Required: Two consecutive weeks per month for the first three months

  • After three months, an every-other-week schedule may be considered

Orientation:

  • 3 paid orientation days required

Schedule & Call:

  • 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available

  • Shift options:

    • 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

    • 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM

    • 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM

  • 12-hour beeper call available on select Saturdays (not required)

  • 8-hour weeknight call available

  • Occasional overnight shifts (weeknight and/or weekend) welcomed but not required

Practice Setting:

  • Hospital-based

  • Tertiary facility

  • Level III facility

  • EMR: Epic

  • Care Team Model 4:1

  • 24-hour Anesthesia Aide Department for room turnover and supply support

  • Patient population: Age 12+

Clinical Notes:

  • Specialized care environment

  • CRNAs do not perform blocks, arterial lines, epidurals, or spinals

Requirements:

  • NBCRNA certification required

  • Minnesota Board of Nursing license required (willing to license)

  • ACLS/BLS Tier 2 – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (multisource) required upon hire

  • Minimum one year of experience required
