Availability Needed

• 1 week per month
• 5 weekdays on campus
• Weekend on-call coverage

Coverage Type

• Inpatient + Outpatient + Bronchoscopy + Call

Call

• Day and night call coverage
• 7-day coverage blocks
• Inpatient service + night call typically bundled same week

Required Credentials
Board Status

• Board Certified – REQUIRED

Specialty Training

• Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship – REQUIRED

Licensure

• Active Pennsylvania Medical License – REQUIRED or IMLC (Immediate Need)

Certifications

• ACLS – REQUIRED
• PALS – REQUIRED
• DEA – REQUIRED

Practice Setting
Clinical Areas

• Inpatient pediatric pulmonary service
• Outpatient clinic
• Bronchoscopy procedures
• Consult service (including occasional ICU consults)

Patient Coverage

• Assigned and unassigned rounding patients

Consult Volume

• ~4 phone consults per day

Call Type

• In-house call

Call Response Time

• 15 minutes
