We are seeking a physician leader to serve as Facility Medical Director in a rural clinic setting in Alamo and Brownsville, Tennessee. This part-time role offers strong autonomy, leadership growth, and excellent earning potential.

What You’ll Do

• Provide primary care to a diverse patient population

• Supervise 1–2 nurse practitioners

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality care standards

Qualifications

• MD/DO with active Tennessee license and DEA

• 2+ years of primary care experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills
