Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and driven physician to join our post-acute care team in the Middletown, Delaware area. This full-time opportunity (5 days/week) involves rounding in skilled nursing facilities, offering strong support, professional autonomy, and excellent earning potential.
Compensation & Incentives
- Estimated annual salary: $210,529 – $270,529
- No cap on productivity-based income
- Signing bonus available for qualified candidates
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical exams
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and coordinate care to optimize outcomes
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications
- Active physician license in the state of Delaware and DEA
- Experience in post-acute, acute care, emergency department, or clinic settings preferred (new graduates welcome)
- Strong clinical knowledge and understanding of healthcare regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
