$200K Salary – North Bergen, New Jersey – Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Job

Clinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible psychiatric nurse practitioner
• Must have 3+ years of post-training psychiatric NP experience
• Full-time position (5 days per week)
• 100% outpatient setting
• 100% onsite role
• Must be comfortable seeing patients ages 5+
• Reason for need: provider relocation
• Take over an established panel of 300+ patients
• Focus on psychiatric medical management
• Work independently with physician oversight from three providers

• Established multispecialty group
• Compensation structure:
  • $200,000+ annual earnings potential
  • Option of 60/40 split or productivity-based ($125 new patients / $55 follow-ups)
• Bonus opportunities available
• $500 monthly insurance stipend
