  • August: Fayetteville, Georgia
  • Beginning in September: Lithonia, Georgia
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
• Call: None
• Local Candidates Only

Practice Setting

• Outpatient Primary Care
• EMR: Epic

Patient Volume

• Approximately 20 patients per day
• Must be comfortable treating patients of all ages

Specialty Requirements

• Family Medicine Physician
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

Licenses & Certifications

Required

• Active Georgia medical license
• BLS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible

Training Requirements

• Epic training is required prior to starting
• Training is held every other week from 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Provider must be credentialed before attending Epic training
• Epic training must be completed before the assignment begins
