• Coverage needed May 19 - May 31  
• 7a-3p or 5p/Call hours: 5p-7a
• 2 on / 1 off
• OR call Every other night / weekend in between 2 weeks of work
• Call response time required: 30 mins
• All CRNA practice
• ENDO, gyn, neuro, General ORTHO, Urology, ENT
• Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient
• EMR: Medaxion
