  • Schedule:
    • Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
    • 1 Saturday (every 10 Weeks)  
  • Call: Rotating Phone Call Only
  • Patient Census: 20-24
  • See All Ages
  • EMR: Athena Health
  • Group Size: 5MDs and 5 Advanced Practitioners
