  • Weekend beeper call / 1:6 for 1st, 1:10 for 2nd
  • W2 status
  • Medical Supervision Model
  • 400+ licensed bed facility / 9,000 annual cases
  • Mix of general, ortho, ENT, endo, GI, Cath lab, etc.,
  • No CRNAs in heart cases (performed by physician),
  • No OB, peds, or neuro
  • 6 Weeks PTO
