  • Need provider ASAP
  • Take over established patient panel
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred – not required
  • J1 and H1 candidates welcome to apply
  • M-F 8am-5pm
  • Outpatient
  • Inpatient opportunities available if desired – mornings for rounds or after work
  • ½ day administrative time once census is full
  • Census 18-20 patients all scheduled – split half in morning, half in afternoon
  • Focus on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of adult diseases, including diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure) and other chronic illnesses
  • Covid vaccine preferred – not required
  • Opportunity to oversee mid-levels and make an additional $750/month per APP
  • Support structure – 2 nursing staff
  • EMR: Greenway
  • Must have PALS certification or willing to obtain
