  • Both 12- & 24-hour shifts
  • Hospitalist to Provide GYN Coverage: yes
  • Hospitalist Needed for First Assist: No – usually provided by midwives, residents, or group.
  • Hospitalist to Backup Family Practice: Yes
  • Backup Available to the Hospitalist: Yes (OB/GYN ED Call)
  • NICU Level: III
  • Total Hospital Deliveries (monthly avg.): 340
  • Estimated Deliveries for Hospitalist (monthly): 13
  • Estimated Patient Encounters for Hospitalist (not including deliveries) (monthly): 489
  • Average OBHG procedures: 570
  • MFM on site
  • In-house Anesthesia
