Locums – Springfield, Missouri, Gastroenterology Job

  • Trauma Level I – 2
  • ACLS, BLS
  • Needing a provider that can perform ERCP and/or EUS procedures
  • Clinic + procedures
  • Over a 2-week schedule, we would add providers to endoscopy procedures (screening colonoscopies) 7 weekdays (full day blocks): Week 1 = Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri; Week 2 = Wed, Thurs, Fri. Average of 14 - 20 endoscopies per full day block.
  • Specific dates needing coverage:
  • 1) Regular week outpatient scoping Mon – Fri 7:30- 5
  • 2) Then a hospital inpatient call week (in a rotation with our physicians) Mon – Friday 7am – 5pm covering hospital service.
  • 3) Weekend call cover (also in rotation with our physicians) Friday 5pm – Monday 7am.
  • 4) And then approximately 2 overnight calls (on non-call weeks) 5pm- 7am.
