  • Location 1:
  • Intensivist support ECMO, mechanical cardiac support and complex CV surgery programs
  • Total hospital beds 133
  • 12-hour shift; 7p - 7a
  • 12 Medical and 12 surgical beds
  • Location 2:
  • Total Hospital Beds: 423
  • Total ICU Beds: 36 (22 Medical & 14 Surgical) Level II Trauma Facility
  • 49-bed emergency department with level II Trauma capabilities Excellent ICU Nursing
  • Current Staffing Model: 1 phys, 1 APP; 7a-7p and Phys on call, with 1 APP 7p-7a
  • EMR: MediTech
  • Requirements:
  • Must have TX license and DEA
  • Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited residency program.
  • Completion of trauma surgery fellowship.
  • Board certified, leading to certification in Surgery by ABS or AOBS.
  • ACLS, ATLS, BLS
